What a great post! Plitvice Lakes is such an amazing spot! I hadn’t heard about it until I was backpacking through Croatia researching where to go next. As soon as I saw pictures of it, I knew that was my next stop. I absolutely loved it! Krka National Park is one of my favourite places in Croatia as well! The falls are so beautiful, and I love the surrounding trails. Plus you’re able to swim in Krka unlike Plitvice, so it is a great (but busy) place to cool off in the summer. It is definitely one of places I recommend whenever I have a friend going to Croatia.
